J.S. Crane, LLC is a coalition of academic researchers, crisis managers, medical doctors, private sector business and members of civil society organizations dedicated to crisis preparedness and coordination. It was formed in February 2001 to provide a cost effective method to provide emergency preparedness planning, training and coordination activities to local communities and their businesses.

	Anthrax- Directly after the Florida anthrax attack, we were asked to examine whether Ozone could be used to decontaminate anthrax. FYI: It does not work.
	Enhanced 911- One of our Members was the original designer of the Enhanced 911 telephone system and Outbreak.
	Publications- We have over 250 publications between the Consortium members.
	Traveled- Our Members have worked in over 40 countries, from helping to reform the Russian healthcare system, testing effects of depleted uranium (DU) shells in Iraq for DOD to the management of major disasters in the South Americas.
